Farooq, Virbhadra, Maran to be in new cabinet

New Delhi, May 27: There will be 33 Cabinet Ministers, 7 Ministers of State with Independent charge and 38 MoS in the new 79-member Council of Ministers to be headed by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.
