New Delhi Feb 13: Even while describing Pakistan's response to India's dossier on Mumbai terror attack as "positive", External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee today informed the Parliament that fate of composite dialogue with Pakistan remained tied to its commitments that terrority under its control would not be used for terrorism in any manner.

In a detailed response to the Pakistan's Thursday reply to January 5 India's dossier, the Minister, in a suo moto statement made in the Lok Sabha, said the composite dialogue process with Pakistan has been at a pause since December 1, 2008. "No meeting has taken place and neither are any scheduled," he said.

Stating that substantial gains made in the normalisation process in the last four or five years "are at grave risk", the Minister said India stood steadfast in its twin-objective of ensuring that the perpetrators who planned, organised and trained terrorists in Pakistan are brought to justice and terrorism infrastrcuture existing in Pakistan dismantled.
