Winter secretariat Srinagar to function from Jan 13

Srinagar, January 12 –As per notification issued by the General Administration Department, the Winter Secretariat at Civil Secretariat Srinagar would start their functioning from January 13, 2009.

 In the first instance, Minister for Rural Development and Panchayats, Mr. Ali Mohammad Sagar shall remain available from January 13 to January 16, 2009; Minister for Forests, Environment and Ecology, Mian Altaf Ahmad from January 19 to January 23, 2009 and Minister for PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control, Mr. Taj Mohi-ud-Din from January 27 to January 30, 2009. 

Similarly, Minister for Industries and Commerce, Labour and Employment, Mr. Surjit Singh Slathia shall remain available from February 9 to February 13, 2009 and Minister for Health, Horticulture and Floriculture, Mr. Sham Lal Sharma from February 16 to February 20, 2009.

Meanwhile, the Minister for Rural Development shall remain available at the Winter Secretariat from January 13 to January 16 2009. He will meet public at room no: 109 in between 11 am to 2 pm to redress the grievances.
