Various delegations meet PoK Delegation

Jammu: Various delegations today met nineteen members Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (POK) Traders delegation in Jammu today.

 

Reports said that despite hectic schedule, the POK traders met various delegations here today.

 

The delegation of Muslim Federation led by Professor Zahur-ud-Din met the POK traders in which the delegation members stressed for the amicable solution of Kashmir imbroglio, boosting of cross border trade between the divided parts of the state and easing the formalities for the movement of people across the LoC.

 

Among others who were met the POK delegation included Abdul Gani Kohli, Anwar Choudhary Abdul Hamid, Ashiq Hussain, BA Rafiqui, Abdul Satar Rather, Abdul Samid Qureshi, Ghani Malik and Fareed Choudhary.

 

Another delegation of South Asian People Development Organization (SAPDO) and Human Rights Activist Tahir Naseem Manhas met POK Traders. They expressed their hope that this will pave the better relations and peace between the two divided parts of the state.

 

Those who participated in the interaction were Yasir Sarfaraz (Advocate) General Secretary of SADPO, Pahari leader Humayun Khan, Sardar Mohammad Hafiz Khan, Shafiq Mir, Mohd Ayub Shabnum and Mahavir Singh.

 

Meanwhile, a deputation led by Suresh Kumar Sharma Writer, Producers and Proprietor of Abhishek Films Registered in Mumbai meet POK delegation at Hotel KC Residency.

 

Members of both delegations discussed in depth the possibilities of making documentary films and Audio Cassettes of regional songs of both India and Pakistan.

 

President of POK Traders delegation Zulfikar Abbasi welcomed the proposal and invited him to Pakistan Occupied Kashmir.

 

Suresh Sharma presented VCDs of Documentary Films.

 

Those who accompanied him included Charanjeet Singh Raina, Kirtan Singh, Lab Singh Jamwal, Kuldeep Singh Malik, Nirmal Singh and Parminder Singh.(NAK)
