3 tourist rescued from drowning in Dal Lake

Srinagar July 01: Three tourists were timely rescued when a Shikara boat carrying them capsized in Dal Lake on Wednesday

Informed sources said that a Shikara boat carrying tourists got capsized in Dal Lake, however the services of rescue party were immediately utilized and they were saved from drowning.

Identified as H.R Thakra son of Ram Jee, Ronald M. Anthony son of Mardan and Ashok Singh Thakur son of T.R.S Thakur all residents of Nagpore, besides, the Shikara peddler Sajad Ahmad Yatoo son of Mohmmad Amin resident Ladoo Mohalla Dal Lake were rescued by the rescue team of tourist police.
