Over 12000 Yatris performed darshan yesterday

Srinagar, June 28: As many as 12,238 pilgrims had darshan at the Holy Cave Shrine of Shri Amarnathji yesterday.

According to Shri B. B. Vyas, Chief Executive Officer of the Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board, 6,002 pilgrims left the Baltal Base Camp for the Holy Cave, while another batch of 2,933 Yatris commenced their Yatra from the Nunwan Base Camp early in the morning today.

Shri Vyas added that 1,627 pilgrims also left Jammu today for the Nunwan and Baltal Base Camps.
